History
Popo removes Nerio's memories of her relationship with Kaiba, and they are transferred to Hyohyo by Kichi. He (and possibly Dada-sama) also instills false knowledge of Kaiba murdering her parents and intense hatred for him, in order to insure Neiro's continued support and labor for Issoudan.
Personality
